Visitacion Valley TOD Condos
With property within walking distance to the Caltrain station, UPC intends to build transit-oriented development (TOD) in its Visitacion Valley site, next to the former Schlage Lock site. The UPC property is currently being studied as part of a survey area for redevelopment by the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency. UPC participates fully in the process and its staff is currently a member of the Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC).
